hell yeah! my science teacher said that the grenades the police were using do the dust explosions now. My science teacher tell the whole class everything, but i was lucky and remembered ir. It would definatly be much, much brighter, and a more powerful explosion, and the fireball would last about 1 second. Even with the same amount of black powder charge as a cremer one, the burning aluminum would make a powerful shockwave too.

300 to 400 mesh would burn slower, but still pretty fast. I think anything under that would just shoot a lot of sparks.

I'll wager one could make a very effective stun bunny with a process like that.

I don't know if the aluminum would project enough heat to support its own combustion, but if it did you would have one extremely powerful bomb - Especially in confined places.

Yeah, a very powerful bomb. I would use a flash powder lift charge, the best would be a kno3 flash powder, with aluminum or magnesium, becuase the black powder might not create enough heat to ignite the aluminum.

i've never heard of it before, you may just have to test it yourself. it sound like it would work quite well though, good luck.

Logic assumes that it would be made in India. There should be no chemical difference, but the quality and packaging (and thus exposure to air and oxidation) may be different.

Well, indian is cheaper than german, so you wouldnt need a shipping fee for it to get over in the US, but there is cheaper labor over there, so i am not sure which one to pick.
