hey im sorry for having to post this but there is a guy that has e-mailed me that has asked for some picture and possible movies that was on my ftp and i wanted to have your permission to release them to him he claims they are for personal veiw if this is ok can you say so here and if you wish to contact this person please e-mail me and i shall send you the e-mail or if the person who is looking for this is here post your info if you wish i just thought i would ask before i release to make sure with you

also the person who has contacted me has a very nice site it looks promising i hav enot read it all yet but i shall read it tonight i shall not give the site name out yet incase the person does nto want it revealed but i shall e-mail him this link if he wishes to post it

Does this person just want the videos to watch for themselves? Do they want to put them on their site?

If they want my videos I have some of them linked from my site... As long as they are not claiming them as their own I don't really care about my videos, but if they want to put them on their site I'd like to see the site first and make sure I get credit for it.

He can use mine for personal purposes - He can download and play them, print them out, hang them on his wall, whatever. However, if he wishes to distribute them in a public forum such as a website or distributed CDROM he will need to talk to me first, personally.

I think the same conditions will hold true with everyone else's pictures.
