what was spoused to be a HCL+Al pressure explostion i guess what happened was the heat from the reaction was so hot it melted the bottle as the pressure blew out the bottle on all sides i guess if i had a smaller bottle the pressure would have blown the bottle way faster and actually blow it apart

Ive only ever had gatorade bottles do that, pop bottles have been reliable every time.

Why not use black powder, gun powder or whistle mix, or flash powder. Only 1 teaspoon will make a loud noise.

Me and Primo made a boltle deform worse than that, exept we used brake fluid chlorine. it turn a one liter botle into a 8 oz botle.

Although (accidentally) I have been 15 feet from one with out being hit with any acid. I would be no closer than 20 feet. Wear old clothes & goggles if you want to be somewhat near it. At 15 feet I could feel the rapid expansion of air, just like you can with an m-80 if your too close.
