Re: Question
Im guessing BP then whistle mix then some clay or some sort of payload .. possibly clay but possible something to burst the tube my guess would be clay due to the fact that fireworks are getting cheaper every day

Re: Question
These are commonly found in bottle rockets:
Clay: brown or white chunky crumbily imflammble powder.
Black powder: Black (DUH!)
Flash powder: silver.
Whistle mix: chalky white powder.

Re: Question
what the hell? is fireworks illegal in australia?? if not, thats a pretty dumb question because everywhere should have it
in toronto(canada), all i have to do is walk into a convenience store and ask if they have fireworks. They wont ask my age or anything.
I can get anything that I want... well not anything but I think I can buy more stuff easily than a lot of you

Re: Question
Yue, A.C.T is your best bet in aussie, go around the queens birthday in late june. fireworks are sold in stores and fireworks shops open up for about 3 weeks before. if u know canberra well, there is a big bunch of warehouses on hindmarsh Ave. on the way from woden to fishwyk. they put up a massive cardboard sign around then but they are open all year, they sell all the illeagal fireworks u could ever want, rockets, bangers, and they are cheap as too. they are the only place ive ever been able to find those little bastard things like m-80's but u light them on a match box, and they have a perfect 5 scond timer on them, K.O.A's or sumthing like that....all this is assuming you live in/near canberra, if not then its not worth it so just make your own.

Re: Question
My bad Rat. I wasnt talking about emptying bottle rockets for powder. Someone posted their email address and said that they would send them pictures of them. I think they deleted it. Anyways, empty whistlers all the time for powder.
