i put some HCL in a glass tube and i did not add a thing and all ready there was white fumes coming off this shit does that not mean it is really concentrated ? then i added soem balls of AL to it and WHOOOSH and it's bubling like mad here and spit out a big cloud of white gas it looked cool but i was a little to close and i got some of the gas in my lungs !!


just to serv as a warning do not breath in the fumes it burns for a long time and HURTS ! lol


any ways what are some stuff i can do with HCL other then AP and pressure 'bombs'

But yeah, it's not good to get it in your lungs. Chlorine gas was used in WWI because when it condensed in your lungs it formed HCl, which dissolved the lining and killed you (or at least fucked you up pretty good).

Sulfur dioxide/sulfuric acid does a number on you, too. I've been through that one a few times.

You can use hydrochloric acid for HMTD in a manner similar to AP. You can use it for fun etching experiments, too.

Thos fumes are hcl vapours...It is concentrated. I added some hcl into a coke bottle and threw in some al-foil. it went fwooooshhh. The gas it lets out is hydrogen..it is flammble. However there are alos acid vapours in this. I had a jet of this shoot up my nose. The top of my nose burnt, i went dizzy and ran over to the pool duncked my head under and inhaled some water and spat it out my mouth. i did that for a while. You can alos create a reaction with iron such as nails. Adding magnesium dioxide ceates cholrine gass. If you mix it with ammonium hydroxide it smokes and leaves u with ammonium chloride...i think..

Iv tryed all that. Im not sure if thats chlorine gas with mag dixide shit but inhaleing any of it isnt very nice...trust me

Paint some on metal and it will dissolve a bit of the surface of it, leaving etched marks. If you make up a stencil from something acid resistant you can accurately etch the metal with whatever pattern you like.
