What are some oxidizers that can be commonly found for reasonable prices besides KNO3?
Is magnesium sulfate (epsom salts) one?

Sodium nitrate, sodium and potassium chlorate, perchlorate, and permanganate will all do. The nitrates are easy to come by, and the others may prove interesting to find depending on your budget and where you live.

Getting potassium chlorate or perchlorate became a *lot* more difficult since the 11th. Many stores stopped selling anything strong (there's now so low per cents that I could use 10% hydroxide for the same result), and pharmasies will sell it only if you order it - in 15 pound bottles! And, bien sur, they now have started asking chargers degree too. I'd make a fake one, if I knew what it looks like.

Barium Nitrate, Ammonium Perchlorate,
Barium Peroxide, Strontium Nitrate, Potassium
Chlorate, Potassium Perchlorate, Sodium Chlorate and Potassium Permanganate
are easy to get a chemistry store
