i need help with making fuses!
most times when i need fusing, i just take fuses from other fireworks like cheap gross bottlerockets. At the time, i have no other fireworks, and i'm creating explosives, and i'm in desperate need of fusing. I know how to make some kinds of fusing, but none i know are really reliable, or really all thaqtr good.
If you know how to make good fuses that are good and reliable, please tell. The sooner the better. Thank you all.

Re: i need help with making fuses!
Cheapass fuse: Melt some potassium nitrate and sugar in about a 6:4 ratio. Once the mixture is melted, allow it to cool until you can mould it with your hands without burning yourself too badly. Take a small blob and roll it against something until you draw it into a long thin strip. Try to get the diameter as even as possible while doing this, and keep it around 1/8 of an inch. Once this cools and hardens, wrap it in one layer of tape. This will protect it, keep it from sticking to things, and also hold the pieces together should it break.
This fuse is not flexible once it hardens, but is reliable enough for aboveground testing and is very cheap.

If U Get those insense sticks this is a fuse 4 u 1) 2+ insence sticks 2) Sugar 3) Pan/Metal Tray 4)H2O (water) 5) Cooker/ Heat source 6) shoe lace/string grind the insence off the stick and mix it 1:1 with sugar in your pan/metal tray then pour the water in let the sugar disolve then boil the water with the lace or string in it move it to make the insence to stick to the string/lace let the water boil off vola. this is a medium speed fuse when lit -WiZe GuY

Re: i need help with making fuses!
I entirely fail to see how that would work. Such a fuse would be very prone to going out, burn very slowly if at all, and generally be very bad for any sort of work with explosives.
