A guy I know told me that weed killer and sugar mixed together will make an explosion. I just wanted to know if anyone has ever tried this and if they have, does it matter what type of weed killer or sugar you use?

Do a search man, your making it too complicated. All the Chlorate weed killer I have found it liquid. You would have to concentrate it, and/or turn it into solid. Just use Kno3/sugar.
thats basically it and for you people who don't know what kno3 is it is potassium nitrate or salt peter and i would have to say iceing suger works better less you have dextrose then use that i think i have had better results with dextrose

Yes it does work although i havent heard of it being used it the USA its an oxidiser adn you mix it with sugor or iceing sugar or you can buy it 99% Sodium Chlorate in france
