Its cloudy Ammonia mixed with Glycerin & rubbing alcohol. It should be detonated a #4321 blasting cap.

Hey monkeyman, I just happened across some glycerin and I also have ammonia and rubbing alcohol so do you have any info on the ammonal? Such as what it's sensitive to, R.E.F. rating and safety precautions? Anything will be helpful because [corny]information is the most powerful weapon of all[/corny]
