real, i seem to remember another story in which you separated NG from SP, then threw a spoonful of it at a garage door or something. anyway, thats insane, you must have been dealing with quite a bit of smokeless powder to get a CUP of nitroglycerine.

Indeed the Draino bomb is crap...Try "Works" toilet cleaner or phosphiric acid...Fill a plastic 3 liter with shreaded aluminum foil add your catalyst screw the cap on quick. If you go with the acid beware the fumes from the resulting chemical reaction are not to be inhailed. All acid based cleaners are harmful to your skin.
