Didnt know where else to ask this, but here it goes.... I have a Uniden BC80XLT hand held Scanner... need to know how to get cell coverage restored on it.. or if posible full coverage... all bands would be nice...the govt. is restricting our listinging to certon frequincies and that is censorship....
