what r salutes??? should i buy some? they are $2.50 each. should i just wait a while and get some m-80's from mexico?

Rope salutes are sold in gun catalogs and pyro mags. They say they are to be sold for Agriculutral use only. I guess to kill groundhogs and pesky varmints. These pack quite the punch and are well worth the money. I think this is what you were talking about.
