The title says it all ... Law finally resigned. I am neither Catholic nor Christian but this criminal should now be arrested ... however, I doubt that this will happen.
His crimes only affected those in the church, so why not let them decide his fate themselves? Maybe his constitional right that protects him from cruel and unusual punishment could be waived as well. I wouldn't object.
