can someone explain how we are supposed to become one with Brahman. my teacher described it so badly i just dont understand.

Like a drop of water falling into the ocean, so are we brahman, made of the same stuff, energy. The energy of life reverberates in our beings, in this life we are held at a lower vibration by the denseness of our flesh and the environment. In the spirit our energy becomes free of these restraints, and accelerates to higher and higher vibration. Like a dream, when our brains are in the alpha state, so is brahman, when our souls reverberate in harmony with the eternal.

realize that nothing is real but brahman. we cannot describe brahman because that would involve using language which doesnt exist and therefor fails us. the goal of life is to realize nothing is real but brahman and at the point you become one with brahman.

to me brahman and enlightenment are one in the same.
