It is impossible to make sins. Every religion have their own "rules". One that applies to most is breaking the law, even though it is not official. If I was a pot head, I don't think that the church would see that as a sin, and look bad at me. So we can see that breaking the law is a sin. What if the law isn't morally right. Like if women can't drive a car, and my wife did, she would have sinned because it was against the law. But the church really wouldn't see it as a sin because the law wasn't morally right. So at the end, all religious rules are based on ones moral belifs. And since everyone has their own idea on morals, there can't be one set of rules to govern one's moral beliefs.

I am commanded to obey the law wherever i am just as long as the law doesn't keep me from worshiping and soforth. i am commanded to not break the law or take up a covenant against my God or do something that God will have me not do. that DOES NOT mean that i have to involve myself with the law in that sense. if it is something so trivial like driving, i can drive my wife or my girlfriend if that is the case. if i can't drive, i will just walk or find a way around that so that i am not directly breaking that law. if it is something like carving up my firstborn child in the kitchen sink and eating his remains on every friday the 13th, then yes, i will have a problem with that. hell. i'd move.
