Lord Jugz, I have been trying to tell people that for months. You are very right. Most Anti-Americans from other counrties do not know many Americans. Also their government is also probably telling them to hate America.

People should not only hate the government of america, they should hate the people in america. The people are the ignorant apes who elect the primate government.

If you understood the way the American government worked, you would see that this isn't true. There are a vast number of us who don't have anything to do with the elections because we don't like the "choose one of these two" way that it works. Then there is the fact that those who vote don't actually elect the president, it has never worked that way, ever.

So Mr. Homer, don't blame me, you have as much control over who is elected to the US government as I do. I only wanted an honest, hardworking person who would do the will of the people, but that person never runs for office.

As of yet, I have had no control over the government, but come election day next time (I will then be 18) I will vote for candidates who WILL work for the people.
The people have ENOUGH control over the election of the president. The overly complicated electoral college aside, very few instances exist where the people elect someone but another guy gets into office.
The american people are each personally responsible for the status of american politics. I am sick of hearing ignorant morons who seem to think that they don't have any control over what happens with american government.

Mr. Homer, maybe after you get a taste of the electoral process you will see just a tad bit of the light. Every year I look at the candidates to see if an honest man is running, last year for president my choices were either a man who espoused the brilliance of Bill Clinton (liar, thief, blatant criminal) or the idiot son of a screw-up former president that was the vice-president under a traitor who sold weapons to the enemy. That would have been a tough choice by any standard.

It is all well and good to say we should be involved in American politics, but to actually jump in with the vermin and roll around in the swill is something only a few people who ignore the facts can do. I refuse to lend any credence to the system as it stands, the people in government completely disregard the main tenet of the founding fathers, "to do for the people what they cannot do for themselves." The government is to protect the borders (we've seen how good they do that), build roads and infrastructure (drive any place in America and you'll get the answer to that), and protect the populace through passing law (and not that Patriot Act crap). What we have in America is government running rampant making more government, a clique of millionaires making law so there can be more millionaires, and a working class that are working their way straight to a poverty class. I'm glad to hear you and Mr. Nox are perfectly ok with that, I however am not.

Boycott the government until it fixes itself first, throws out the people who are criminals (I know, that depends on what your defination of "criminal" is), and do the job that it was set up to do and nothing more.

Nowhere did the constitution ever say that the government was to police the world.

The things you say are quite accurate, GlobalDominator. At the same time, the only way you can change this sad state of affairs is to GET INVOLVED IN THE GOVERNMENT. In the immortal words of Edmund Burke:

"The only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is for good men to do nothing."
