The feds and states could chip in to pay people $5,000 each to get sterilized. Any childless American citizen ages 18 to 30.
Only the poor, addicted, and Rowdy would take the money. The individuals that accept The expenditure would be a bargain for taxpayers. Those who were sterilized would be making an informed decision. Is this democratic?

Goverment regulated sterilization is a great idea. It'll cut down on overpopulation.

Over population is the issue I am adressing.
The amounts of money given, and details need work. What would be a good smooth politicaly correct name I could give this program?

why don't we steralise the goverment and CEO's and when they all die we can live without the fear of money or death over us. overpopulation isn't a problem yet. there is still lots of room for people.

how about call it "steralise the waste of humanity to make my life better and to make me more money" or "the nazi campainge to create a 'perfect' race mkII"?

1. Because the government and CEO's are a minority of the population, and so sterilizing them will not help with overpopulation.
2. Believe it or not, these groups contain people with intelligence. Elimenate the intelligent from the gene pool, and viola, a population with an average IQ of 49.

I willing to bet that there are a whole lot more people with high IQ's who stay the fuck away from the government for just that reason.

hell Id just have a few cups of my zygotes frozen and go for it. wouldn't have to be worried about having a kid till I wanted on and Id get 5000 out of it. the cost of artificial insemination is what 4000-10000. even if it were 5000 or more the interest should cover the difference and then some. considering a good real estate fund gives you about 10% a year in ten years it would be roughly 13,000 in fifteen 20,000
