students who refuse to answer questions about their drug records. Since this
policy comes from a man who spent an entire campaign refusing to talk about
his own drug past.

i highly doubt bush would've even seen a bill like this.
i think the guys doing a great job.
if you read the fine print; the money is denied for refusing to answer questions.
which doesn't mean to say that if you are a user and admit it you won't get any money;
but it also means if you are a non-user and don't admit to it you will be denied.
grow the fuck up.

bush did admit to his drug use;
the cocaine and the alcohol;
he just felt the specifics of it weren't important and basically said i admit i had problems but i've moved on from that part of my life and so should you.
