There are a few ways to do it:
I'll tell you the way that I think you'll be most likely to understand and appreciate.
1. Go to http://www.google.com
2. Search for "webcam hacking program".
3. Pick a site and download program.
4. Run the program and type in the IP address and click the big button that says "HACK WEBCAM".
5. Sit back and enjoy the fruits of your labors.

well....im trying to learn about hacking and such....im reading a bunch of books righjt now.....one on computer networking....one HTML one....javascript and things like that...wish me luck but anyways , how do u hack a webcam?

great great, keep reading those html and java script books, that'll teach you to hack webcam. what happened to the days when we used to make our own programs? that's still very much alike today but there's just a whole lot more newbies out so it seems making your own is dead. and well if your stupid and can't program and thinking learning html will help than ur beyond help.

its nice to know html and java....i know those wont do shit all for a webcam....but there nice to know, and its not like i can read 50 books that have 500 pages each at once, so im taking them just a couple at a time.
p.s. , what are some good computer languages to learn?
