yes, a bunch of guys going through a networking course at community college are a great source for info. It seems like they are concerned with quetions like telnet and that it. and all theys ay is check back posts, or tell them what telnet is! wow, no experience = great source! thanks.

HDC is full of people that could make any of you look like a script kiddie, which most of you are. Their irc channel was better than their board, but they had trouble and it was closed. I hope it comes back soon, because no one on this board knows much about computers/hacking

Its funny how lack of knowledge is somehow associated with being a script kiddie. I thought a script kiddie was just some looser who actually did something, be that super pathetic or mostly pathetic as opposed to someone who just does not know much BUT also does not DO much.

Im going to take a wild poke and say that not many people posting in this forum actually do much internet hacking.

And at this point, calling someone a script kiddie is just a method of pulling attention away from the fact that although the name caller may not be running scripts, they really dont do a whole lot of anything either in terms of hacking.

I will admit that although I am highly interested in networking and hacking, I really dont do that much hacking. I like to figure things out and play with certain things but im not into looking up how to hack hotmail or how to root a box running sshd.

Does it really matter if the people at hackers.com are stupid? no, because people are equally stupid no matter where you go. Including totse. Hell, I add lots of stupid shit to these boards and not many people complain. I'll leave my point at that, totally unproven.

Out of the regulars here, there really aren't many script kiddies.. As cense said, I believe many of us don't do much.. personally, like him, I don't bother with things like that, I'm just interested in the way things work, more than anything..

well... totse is a good site... i admit it... but... when i was posting this, i first looked aroud for how many people who were asking thnigs related to hacking a and didn�t get any replies... if now any of you know anything about the subjuct i recomend you to help the people who dont know so much about it as you...
