HAY YOU GUYS I KNOW THIS MIGHT SEEM STUPID BUT I HAVE A QUESTION, BUT HOW DO YOU HACK?

okay, if your really serious about hacking, the first thing you need to do is disable most of the bugs that come pre-implanted in your computer by the FBI.

To do this, you need to "power cycle"(turn on and off really fast) your machine, at least 100 times in the space of sixty seconds.
If you want to, you can avoid this method it alltogether by simply switching the voltage to the higher frequency on the back of your box. Go behind it, and flick the little red switch over to 240. Now go around, and take off all of the peripherals from the machine. This has the possibility to create a large electromagnetic discharge when activated so stay back while it happens to avoid shock. Switch on the computer, let it boot up, then switch it off again and let it cool down for 1/2 an hour. You can switch the power back on and use it as normal after that. Post another question after you've done this...


Some of the bugs implanted by the FBI are defective, in that they will sometimes overload too easily, and possibly damage your box. The chances are real slim, but it's the only way to get rid of them...

ahh! no no no, I'm not even a hacker and i can see how stupid that question is!

I used to hack up handfuls of phlegm studded with bits of lung tissue, but then I quit smoking, and unfortunately that went away. Now I just hack with my sand filled, leather hacky-sack... but only while drinking...

At first, I tried to hack without disabling the bugs, and in 30 seconds I had stiffs at my door. Then, I listen to Jaded and took his advice (including covering myself in honey and walking into a bear cave), and now I'm a 31337 Hax0r!!!

There are many concepts and subjects one must be knowledgable in to become a true "hacker", the actual definition of hacker is someone that likes to learn about or is an enthusiat of computing. So really all u need to know to be a hacker is nothing at all; just seek knowledge about computers, networks, etc. Most ppl think of hackers as what r really crackers, that is someone trying to obtain unauthorized access to a remote computer. To become a cracker, you should 1st learn how to use, the common bugs in, and programming in Linux. You must also have a good foundation of programming knowledge (such as C and C++) along with how a network functions and securtiy flaws.

Linux doesn't have bugs, it has features... As for the rest, TCP/IP books, and perl. Always learn perl. Just 'cuz it looks so damn sexy....plus the chicks dig it...

PHP is cool too though.. it's all cute and anonymous and not made by microsoft..
