Re: computer restarts for no reason
I had a computer that did that once, I replaced the CPU and it worked fine. I had been running an overclocked cpu before, and it was overheating. So maybe put another fan in the case?

Re: computer restarts for no reason
Why does it seem that everybody is having this *exact* same problem? There are some other posts about this half a page down. Its most likely a bad CPU fan or just an overheating processor which causes the computer to turn off at a certain temperature to prevent fires.

Freinds of mine have the same problem. They blame it on "a MSN bug".

Re: computer restarts for no reason
Speaking of the power button, (if its an atx case) check your case/motherboard connections.

Some people are so dense these days...
thats my post thats have a page down on the tech forum. why didn't u just post in there. Or don't you have the brains to think up something for yourself? TWAT.
Same answer to you: Change cpu settings, fan, heatsink etc.. etc..
