If you want to edit movies there is an adobe product called Adobe Premier but it is not very good for beginners much less anybody. if you really want to get the job done well use Final Cut Pro, probably one of the best video editors in existance. however if you are only looking to cut/add scenes use windows movit maker, its free easy and you dont have to know shit.

vegas video isn't too bad either, download demo then get the crack.
