Re: Windows XP Home question
very easy, my friend. first, and foremost, you must bypass the hexadecimal mainframe. AND THEN, and only then can you run a search. search for the string, pop-up/find in the ms-dos (prompt) toolbar.. after you've succesully done that, either A)delete the pop ups of your desire or B)go back to windows tool-bar and left-click "start" and goto "find" if you're an experience computer genius like me, this will be a piece of cake:
enter the U290 ten piece file. there should be a file called "popup:unknown"... delete it. this is teh file that makes trojan horses and the like actually work. but when you try to delete it it says, "cannot delete" right? right. well, you must go to C:/ and bypass the ms-dos prompt and under the correct supervision, enter the search string, "insert name of popup here" and simpy delete that... FINALLY you must delete the pop:unknown that u couldn't delete b4.
good luck

Re: Windows XP Home question
I figured it out. The government got mad at me and decided that I should not be able to have any good pop-ups, only the ads. I went to my friends computer and found a securtiy flaw in their system. I exploited it and then hacked thought everything to find the command line that was blocking my computer. Actually, it still isn't working. I think it might be in my security section, but if so, why do the ads get though.

Computer_Expert, you're anything but. If this is an attempt at humor, I must say it's a rather poor one...

Re: Windows XP Home question
The easiest way is to:
1) Uninstall Windows and any other microsoft "product"
2) Format / partition your HD
3) Install Linux
