Hey,
I'm Looking For A Prog That Can "Rip" An Icon From Another Prog And Save It As An '.Ico' File.
Any Ideas As To Where I Can Locate One.
I Would Prefer A Windows Version. No DOS. Please.
And I Would Like It To Be A Good One**

im not sure of a program, but take a printscreen, paste into paint on a 32x32 thing, line up the icon, and save it as *.ico

Just get hold of microangelo. It's library function will search your system and find every icon.

or just use "res hacker". i cant remember where to get it now but its fairly sweet. it allows you to get all the bitmap icons out of the program and do serveral other cool things. i seriously recomend downloading this toy.
