i agree. they will be cool action flicks but i seriously doubt the first can be equaled by any movie. of course it has been done a few times, take star wars for example.

Or Home Alone. Actually the first is better.

Star Wars was terribly poor. so was Alien. Aliens was good though. The new star wars stuff isn't worth watching. Really. Chew off your leg first.

I am afraid to watch matrix 2 and 3.

They still have alot of ground to cover, like how Morpheus (or anyone for that matter) got out of the Matrix to begin with.

I am looking forwards to both the films, from what i have seen from clips and trailers they look just as good.
In 2003 when 2nd one is released the 3rd will be released about 3 months after.

How can you say Alien was poor? that was a very well made film for the time it came out, fine if u think its poor because u didn't like it, but u can't say its poor in film making terms because it just isn't!!

I remember seeing a trailer for The Matrix: Reloaded on the news, and it looked pretty nice. It looked to have a lot of action in it, which is good, but the reason I like the matrix so much [my favourite movie. Im watching it now in fact!] is becuse it had a thick story line and wasnt just some everyday arnold, shoot em up movie. It had a real purpose and it was very different, as opposed to most movies now a days. But now with the second they must have done a lot to allow it to keep its reputation, as most of what the first movie was about, was all solved, and figured out in the first one. Chances are there'll have to be a serious spin on the whole matrix concept to make the second as big a hit.
