this is the kind you can buy at health food/drug store.
Anywayz* Take whole nutmeg and grind it up in coffee grinder.
You should use 2-3 tablespoons for a good trip.
Take nutmeg and mix it with some water. drink it
It'll taste like crap so have some water ner by.
you can expect to start your trip within 20min to and 1 hour.Trip will last awhile.
and make sure not to use to much unless you want a really long trip.

1 tablespoon in orange juice, any more and there is a good chance it will suck from what Ive read the hallucinations and physeological side effectd can be quite harrowing.

i have been out of the country on vacation.. gonna try those out soon... but a shit load of cuban cigars though!!!!!!!!
