Bush is trying his hardest to do what america wants. But no matter what president, there are going to be people that complain about them. Bush is mainly trying to get people to like him because gore is probly going to run again(i would rather have bush win than gore) and Bush is scared because Gore got the popular vote last time.

First off, after several decades of rule from the Demopublicans, or if you prefer the republicrats, the so called economy has started to fail and anyone who has ever taken an economics class knows the best way to stimulate growth is through war, and not just any war like desert storm or Vietnam but a major war that lasts a long time such as another world war or cold war, and if we gain some land with oil deposits, so much the better. To summarize the rest of this paper, which originally was 5 pages long, Bush doesn�t give a damn about the American people all he cares about is lining his own pockets with gold. Furthermore aren�t you forgetting that you have a third choice in the presidential election? Not just democrat or republican, but Greene. All you do now is talk but if you really want change don�t vote for Bush or Gore.

Ken Star wants the title of Supreme Justice of the United States. Greenspan is in charge of the financial capital of the world (and the worlds biggest money laundring scheme) without the consent of the people it represents. Who do you think Bush reports to (other than daddy Bush)---Greenspan, Congress, everyone who has a question for him. is it not obvious bush wants to maintain and build POWER. power at all costs, above all else.

at this present time, power for him and his backers means power and strength for the nation and most of its people. eventually that must change; witness the recent civil liberties restrictions.

like every megalomaniac aspiring fascist before him, bush must plan for the eventual dismantling of a democratic system which could see him removed from power. i'm not suggesting this will occur overnight. it will be a gradual and insidious process, where civil rights are sacrificed for the good of 'homeland security', 'the state', 'the prosperity of the people'.

i'm also not suggesting there will be a 'fascist revolution'...that is much too dangerous and destructive: it compromises the end goal. the brutality of stealing freedom quickly creates instability, resistance, and hate from those controlled: it is much too early 1900's.

i think the new fascism will be a long, slow process of gradual manipulation, uneducation, fear mongering, and liberty restrictions that result in a nation of people convinced of their personal political power but realistically and thoroughly controlled by a select nameless, faceless, unelected few. is this the evolution of modern democracy?

the economy, oil, votes, wars, citizens, laws, trade...these are means to an end. it is remarkable how easy it is to convince people to forget their personal rights if there is a clear and threatening enemy somewhere...

the irony is, although i personally believe bush is a power-loving fascist at heart, he is merely a publicly elected puppet for the much longer-lived entities that have put him in power. he has four-eight years, max...and will therefore probably never be permitted to feel the thrill of total power.

The Bushes have a long history of involvement in the middle East, but they do not seek to control all of the world's oil. It most assuredly benefits them to influence its flow, and hence raise its price. But the Bushes represent the hawks whose slavish dedication to the Military-Industrial complex has resulted in not only the declaration of a war that "may never end"; also, the repeal of posse comitatus and the proposed abandonment of the Miranda act reflect fascist leanings only hinted at in the bloodthirsty rantings of Rumsfeld and Cheney. Once your liberties are taken from you in the name of a cause, don't think that they will be given back to you, ever.

The only things Bush wants to do is. Hide behind his so called war on terror and avoid any conversation having to do with our current economic sittuation and when he does he remarks to september 11th.
