What you need is to be picked up by the FBI and scared shitless into not wanting this stuff. One, There are those who protect classified material, and go far out of their way to protect it, Including roughing you up or worse. This moron could possibly expect a legimate response. Today's rag had an article about a military guard who was trying to sell a newspaper pictures of the outside of one of the classified holding tanks for government officials. The peak of his IQ is unlimited because his initial solicitation was made on the internet, which proves that Darwin Awards will be around for a long time.

However, the fact that El Moron offered multiple thousands for 'fake' documents tells a story in itself.
