a 'simple' why ?
What has the people of the world done to have ever been given such treatments of conspiracy ?, slavery ?, unfairness & many other social problems going about in this world?. Why is it that man, as a whole has evolved into something that is not only destructive but secretive & selfish too. And have we ever asked ourselves why there is always a huge gap between the poor & the rich ?...... Will there ever b a final solution to this state of unfairness...

Re: a 'simple' why ?
I think it is interesting that humans do not establish an equalibrium with it's environment. But things like hatred, slavery, and unfairness do not exist in the animal world. So it would be wrong to compare ourselves to other animal species. I used to ask the same question, but now I just hope that humans will eventually evolve into something much greater than it is.

Re: a 'simple' why ?
Good question, here is my simplistic answer.
It isn't just about money (a form of power), it is only about power. Take a look through history. Marx was close but got caught up with class. What happens in a revolution? One power structure is replaced by another. Does anything really change? In 1917, 5% of the population ruled the other 95% (Tsarist autocracy). However, one year later, 2% of the population ruled the other 98% (Communist dictatorship). The only thing that really changed was the faces. History is replete with other examples.
Will things change? No. Why? Humans like power, regardless of form.
We are now going from the esoteric to reality. Currently there is a lottery with a gazillion dollars as the prize. You win it. Here's your retorical question, Are you going to share your winnings with the poor and downtrodden to bring them up to your level? You have the power and the ability, now with one small alteration, it's a different ball game.
You've heard the phrase, "If I were King, I would...". There you go Mr. King.

Re: a 'simple' why ?
Thank you guys for replying to my posting.
Nox, I must say you are right, people loves to have power, absolute power to themselves. But if I ever had chance to stike a lottery of something big, i would definately share my winnings with the under preivilage even if that meant a few of them.
Thanx once again.
