Damn...! I don't get the History channel....
I'll bet it will be tame though and not get into the nitty gritty. Let me know!

no it wasn't too nitty gritty,

but it implicated the bilderberger group as that which ruled the world; according to some conspiracy theorists.

one interesting thing they had was that council of foreign affairs usually makes up 60-70% of a president's cabinet and advisors; no matter what the party; no matter what the president.

they said(consp. theor.) it was these guys that got carter elected; and made reagan choose bush as vice candidate after reagan made a speech about investigating secret societies; since bush was a freemason.

along with george w. both were also skull and bones members at yale which they say "groom" people for public office after graduation.

the most interesting was that they claim the freemasons grew out of knights templar(which freemasons deny; but they trace the origin to after the french destroyed what they thought were all the knights templar).

and although the most freemasons have no knowledge of what the actual agenda is, they say the upper echelon of freemasonry is made up of 3 groups the bilderberger, the council of foreign affairs, and the tri-lateral commission.

they say the bilderberger is most important, they allow no press at their meetings, and it's members include 120 of the worlds most powerful and influential people, snipers are set up around the meeting place with shoot to kill orders if anyone crosses.

the bilderberger they say was responsible for energy crisis of the late 70's(hmmmm) because they had to legitimize the 10 cent increase in gas.

they say they were also responsible for the iran/iraq war.

and other things i can't remember.

like one theorist said, "you don't get 120 of the world's most powerful people together to play pinochle."

Read Rule By Secrecy..he ties it all together and goes into historical origins nicely.

yes...if the Bilderbergers are not doing anything significant, why have armed guards and not let any reporters in to cover the meeting? Maybe it's a sex orgy like in Eyes Wide Shut.....

it was said that masons grew out of the knights templar when they were banned in france;

and a majority of the bilderbergers known members are masonic.

so nihilistic;

you are right.

I own a book called the Hiram Key which was written by a freemason. This guy decided to explore the background of the freemasons. It is some pretty speculative stuff but he has a solid case that the freemasons are a new incarnation of the Knights Templar. Not only that but he traces the origins of the knights templar all the way back to Jesus and the dead sea scrolls, and even further back to the ritual initiation of the egyptian pharoahs.

heavy stuff
