Ok, if you guys don't know where it is, there is one on fifth avenue. Its like 2 blocks filled with diamonds. I was thinking. Maybe 20 guys, 150 lbs of saltpeter/sugar. You could get like 5 guys to set off the shit and the other 15 targeting a store. Maybe 5 guys already in the store. Once the smoke is there, you raid the place and act like an innocent victim when the smoke clears.

it could work...needs more thinking and planning out though. im sure store security is very tight at these stores. they probably have locks on their doors as well, which can be activated in the event of an emergency or robbery. dimonds are forever, or a girls best friend, or whatever they say. in any case, they are very valuable. im sure security in very tight here and at pretty much all jewelry stores, especially one in the diamond district of NYC.

well you could go in looking rich, pick out an expensive diamond, look at it have the guy pull it out and let you look at it like you were buying it. Then when smoke occurs take it and run. You would also have to put it in the vent. Like 50 lbs of it in a vent.

Like I said during the AIM conversation, a duffel bag filled with the shit and a few supplementary backpacks with your crew would be great.

I'd be more interested in hitting a pawn shop (FIREARMS, probably 400 in my local store!) or some big electronics chain.

I think vaporising cloroform through a vent and then going in with gas masks would be a better Idea

And, with the smoke bomb, most would be stupid to not wear gas masks.

I seriously doubt that smoke would work. You would have to get out of there pretty fast, and they might try to search all the innocent victims.

well if you are gona have about 15-20 guys in there you cant have them walk in with a gas mask and act like they are shopping
what you do
you dump cloroform in the air intake for the places heating unit (only works in winter) it will get heated and blown into the store then you run in through a back door if possible with a gas mask on then fill a bag with everything you want then steal the tapes to the cameras monitoring the store the less evidence the better take it outback and make your way to your car as fast as possible make sure that noone sees you

For the parking lot, you could mix CHORINE bleach with any strong acid (vinegar with a 10% or more concentration will work in a small jar. This will (if you got the ingredients right, produce cholrine, but in a ventillated area, will just be painful/unplesant, not lethal. This combined with smoke in the parking lot will buy you more time, because no nearby cops will attempt to get in, thinking the smoke is poisonous. It could work, and it will definately help.

If you set off 150 lbs of smoke mux no cop will come in because it would fill up a huge area with smoke to dense to see through but I like the cloroform because then you yourself can see what you are stealing and you can take your time and do it without setting off alarms just take the key from one of the pased out guards

chloroform...very original. But the security cameras would surely see you at every step. With most robberies, doesn't it help to have an accomplice working at the store/bank/whatever? Yoiu could get them to disable the cameras, and make your escape while they're off.

Nice idea, one problem... thermal imaginc security systems watching you steal the ice, the titanium gates that close you in in case of robbery... would be triggered as soon as smoke went off... if the clerks didn't escort you out and seal the building... where are you gonna sell stolen laser coded ice at? You just told everyone online about it... sure it WOULD have been a good idea... if this was the 50's... also... if its the "diamond district" I bet their are several police that sit on that street all day long as well as private security officers.
