Part of a rape investigation is retieving not only dna from semen, but also pubic hair that is left behind. Your "friend" would have to shave his naughty area really good. If another person's pubes were found and it was ruled out that they came from your target, then a good defense lawyer could throw it out.

Good idea, but it's a little bit extreme. It would really fuck someone's life up if it were used against them. Even if they plea bargain, they'll have to register as a sex offender for the rest of their lives. It would work better against someone that is over 18 or really close to 18. There's no point going through all that trouble just to have them get a slap on the wrist because they get tried as a juvenile.

Getting beat up would probably help your case too. Make it look like you put up a hell of a fight.

well last time we kicked their asses it got ugly cuz after about 3 minutes we had the nerdy movie poeple pulling of away from each other and the reason why im so pissed about getting banned from the movies for 6th months is because in houston texas you cant do shit if you dont got a car. so far this is waht we have done... kicked their asses (as u alredy know), slashed every tire on ever car they have, superglue/epoxy'ed ther breaker box closed so when they blew a breaker on x-mas or around x-mas they couldnt get to it(their dad had to hack saw open the breaker box), froze paint balls and shot most of their windows out numerous times and we also broke open that lil' thing on the side of your house that the meter dude reads and took off that little lock and turned it back so that they would get into trouble with the law(i dont know how that turned out)......basicly now you cant go down their street with out seeing a cop every other half hour
