Not many people are willing to die so others can sue, unless they're contemplating suicide and want to stick it to someone in the process.
If the clerk pulled out a rifle, his friend would have more than likely died if he was shot.

thats were we got the idea from the move me and my friend had this thing all planned out but he wanted to change the plan so i droped out and he went 4 it, my plan would of worked!.

I would have to agree with you. Considering this incident apperantly took place in the anti second admendment state of illinois. A state where it's court system have been known in the past to protect the criminal and punish the victim.
