Ok to answer a question, They do monitor these boards, I was tracked down and confronted in my college econ class by an fbi agent. What caught their attention though was my post in the terrorist and freedom fighters board and the questions about sleeping gas and bomb-making they were worried about me being an internal terrorist.

And to Ironz, I love this place, and the agent said knowledge is ok but treads a thin line so i will stay but a bit more cautious

I think he's just making it up to get attention. There's been alot worse said on totse than anything he could have said. If they were going to watch someone, they wouldn't come up to you and have a discussion. They'd wait until you actually planned something. They'd put you under surveilance for awhile to get evidence on you. Their purpose isn't to serve as a deterent, it's to catch people commiting crimes.

Most of the ones that are interested in attacking the US know the language very well. They probably know more about American culture than most Americans do.

Why wouldn't they be on the internet? The internet is a great place to get in touch with people that may not be happy with the government. Especially lonely, easily influenced people that don't have much in their lives.

It's also a good place to learn about explosives and potential targets. Totse might not be high on their priority list, but it's not absurd.

what have you heard of people being watched from totse posts rlpinca? do you suspect you are being watched? or are you the ones watching?
