My guess is that hes talking about a website on which you can order drugs but only with a doctors consent. Maybe some sort of online pharmacy? I've never come across one but thats what i though when i first read his post

I skipped my voc school and NEED A DOCTORS NOTE-
hahaha- a fake one- there was one site but its sucking (it had free doctors notes emailed to you.)
