Me and my friends lobbed some shit at this guys house at about 3:30, and the cops came to my friends house read off our names, and where fucked because tomorw they are coming to the skool... my friend cant take the fall because he will be arrested. and we where with a buncah people... and they will probably fuck us over... well what im asking is... what does the law say about throwing applees at a house and doing no damage. can they actualy do anything??? well any helpe would be nice, cuz we're fucked. thanx in advance!

Just plead guilty, they'll probably give you a few hours of community service and you'll be done with it. Get a lawyer, he'll tell you when it's a good deal.

I'll tell you a story. A few idiots in my town saw a boat on a trailer on the top of a hill. They were drunk and one of them had the bright idea to remove the wedges from under the wheels. It rolled down the hill, and smashed into a mercedes-benz, causeing thousands worth of damage. They had been seen by about 15 people, but they kept their mouths shut, and they got away with it, because there was no proof. Of course the owner of the boat kicked their asses, but the cops didn't do shit. Moral of the story: if you do dumb shit, keep your mouth shut. The worst that can happen is they will charge you with criminal mischief, you get found guilty, you get some community service. I have been arrested for two felonies and didn't get anything more harsh than probation.

What are you worried about, you didnt do any damage. You'll just get a warning. The cops will try and make it sound like your in heaps of shit but your not. Just fess up and you'll be right. I'm guessing this is the first time you've been in trouble with the law?

Yeah, it is my first time in trouble witht the law. I think its just a scare tactic to rat us in but if they do talk to me then i have to tell my friends story becausee he said i was in it. I bet they won't even show up at my sckool, ill just get 1/2 the people to take the fall and us to get off because he would be get the most heat. well wish me luck

Well, the cop came to the school, and he was officer hardass serously he was one mean fucker. So he broke us apart and said " we know you did it, your friends told us," and i stuck to my story, in short i talked my way out of a charge, but he said i will have some crap on my record. in short thanx guys, he was just using intimidation and was a liar.
