Hello again, I'm looking for a place to get locks picks not online and cheaper, they wouldn't be at a local hardware store or anything like that, becuase then I wouldn't have to worry about price, I just dont want my parents knowing, does anyone know anything about it?

You do realize if you get in any trouble, such as breaking and entering, tresspassing, or theft, with this new hobby of yours, your parents have to pay and not you. I dont mean to sound like a dick or anything, just figured you should know that before you pick the neighbors lock.
