Any one here ever did any thing that seemed like a good idea to them at the time but latyer on figured out it was a bad idea?

yes of course, although i have a funnier story about a friend of mine, we were 4x4ing and I was ripping up the side of a mountain at a considerable speed,

he says "hey, can i jump out of your jeep?"

I, being the concerned friend, says "sure, go for it,"

well he jumps hits his head on a rock, and procedes to bleed every where

his excuse? it seemed like a good idea at the time

Was he sober? if so, extra points for him.

Thats great that your friend did that. Makes me feel better about my good idea mistakes.
