buy a blackbox or decoder...you can usually find them on the internet or local swap shops

they cost about $90US, but are worth it...

No clue if this is gonna work on your cable, or if you're gonna get fucked doing it, but here's what I did...

Go to the little cable access box on the outside of your house. You aren't supposed to touch it, and that's because it's so easy to steal premium channels. It will likely be zip-lined or have some other lame closure device on it, so just snip it and replace it after your done. Inside there's probably a bunch of coax and hopefully some filters connecting the lines. There's usually rubber covering deterrent over the connections, so just peel it up and use a wrench to remove the cables. You basic goal is to remove as many filters as possible, and you might wanna hold onto them and write down how they were, in case you need a cable guy to come fix something. I had 2 filters in my box, got 2 HBOs, Showtime, and Cinemax by removing them.

Easier to show than explain, but at least it's a start.
