No. What you could do is guess a number and have the thing sent to somebody's house but the police will probably deliver the package. If the person who owns the card doesn't notice that money's missing from his/her account, you will get away with it, so buy cheap stuff.
You can also get this thing that you put a credit card in it and then it will tell you the pin number. My penis is itchy.
