Hello everyone! I don't post much here, but read every topic. I am in need of a few ideas on the topic of a break-in. A friend and I may be planning a break-in of a business hoping to score a lot of cash and any other equipment that we are able to get our hands on. The building in which we are hoping to gain access to is two stories and brick in structure. I have scoped it out and I would be able to access the roof (Hopefully having windows/doors we could use during the break-in). I don't know at the moment if there is a security system but will have to find out before I attempt to gain access to this building. The building also has a large garage (Such as a Loading Dock). If you have some advice/tips or anything that may help me and my friend (such as tools to bring, ways of entry, how not to get caught, etc. please post! If you have had some experience in this topic please post. Thank you very much for your time. -p3z

Ps. I will be observing this building for at least a month or until I have recorded and scheduled the activities of the employees (including lockup times, opening times, number of staff, routines, etc.). As information is gained I will be posting it.

Police will arrive crazy quick so make it just a few high priority items and case the joint for what you want in a timely fashion and get the hell out. In and out in 60 seconds.

Find out what system they use for access to the building. Do they just lock/unlock the building overnight, or do they have a swipe card system or other card/pin system?

If they do then you will need to visit the manufacturers site or find someone that knows about these systems and find out how to dissable them. Some systems will unlock all of their card readers if there is a fire etc etc.

Alright dude, the number one thing you need in a break in is a time limit. Time limit (trust me) make it 2:00 min flat. It may save your skin

Dude, cops are fast. They put on the sirens and speed and are immune to traffic, you are really fucked if one is patrolling or cruising around that area so make sure you have a police scanner on the appropriate channel.

try to set off the alarm and see how long it takes the cops to arrive. then that should be how long you have. when it is open look by the doors and windows for motion sensors and if noone is watching i think you can cover the sensor eye with tape, although i have never tested it. if there are cameras just wear a mask. simple. and where do you expect to find the money?? i would like to know caus i could apply that knowlage to my town. hope i helped.

ya shoot them. theres a smart one. in this world they dont like cop killers so theyll be on u alot more and they wont just leave the case unsoled they will be after u untill u get caught and when u do thell put u away forever. and remeber not to drop the soap

Set the alarm off one night and time them to see how long it takes for tha cops to come. Then on the next night do the same thing. Then continue to do this and continue to time their response. It will most likely keep getting slower and slower, they will probably think that the security system is fucked up. But at the same time I wouldnt do it too much because they might start watching the building to see if sum1 is doing it. Well ne wayz try and set it off and time tha cops. And if their are loud alarms or silent alarms. If their are loud onez try and find tha speakers and stuff them with sumthing so it doesnt wake up the people living around there.

plan how your gonna get in, then get a really bouncy bouncy ball and throw it inside and leave and wait to see if cops come cuz that can test for a motion sensor which that trik saved my freedom the second time i entered school

you will need:
- getaway car
- knife or gun or bbgun ( anything for protection, gun is best)
- rope AND duct tape (incase somebody is inside and you can tie them up)
- backpack ( to put your shit in
- mask ( wear it only when your within 10feet of the enterance as not to arouse passerby suspicion)
- dark clothing
you should case the joint first for 2weeks. start by sitting in a car across the street watching. make sure the windows of the car are tinted and that you sit in the back. take notes of employee leaving/entering times,etc. see if anyone lives on top of the store. its better if nobody does.
early on in the stakeout trip the alarms 2 nights in a row ( make only 2 because the third time they will have someone hide and watch to see who is doing it). this is mainly useless because it all depends on whether a cop is in the area or not. take the lowest of the 2 times and cut that by atleast 45seconds ( if the reaction time is under a minute find a new building to hit up).
go in 1week before doing the B&E, enter the store and ask to speak to the manager ( wear a suit and carry a briefcase with a tape recorder hidden inside it all miced up and recording. talk to him about installing your companies alarms ( make up a speech earlier on and company name,etc). if he says he already has alarms say "which kind?" and whatever type he says just say those types are inferior to your companies product. leave soon but try and take a quick tour around the building. check out the entrance your planning on. check ofr any abnormalities in the ceiling and/or lights ( lights not working,etc). if the door or windows you are entering from has a magnetic alarm cut it and try not to make it noticable.

now go home and listen to the tape you recorded many times. if your lucky he said he didnt have an alarm system or else he hopefully said which type. now that you have checked the building and have some idea where the alarms are you just need to figure out how to defeat them.

Go to totse or the store's alarm manufacturer ( if you were lucky to find out the company and/or model ). find out what these questions:

- what type of alarm is it ( motion, silent,etc)
- in case of power outage, does it have backup power?
- when tripped does it dial the police, the alarm company OR both.
- how does it respond to somebody cutting the power lines?

now these will aid you in the beating of this alarm. if it calls the police or alarm company you must cut the power AS WELL as the phone lines.
If it responds to the cutting of power/phone lines or if it has backup you must either kill the backup somehow or else forget about the place.

Now you basically have what you need.

now on the night of the breakin double check you have everything you need, you have reviewed your notes, have ways to defeat the alarm memorized and still have the balls.
Now when you go to the place take off your backpack, put your mask on mometarily, put your gun in your pocket or whatever and grab your knife. stick your pack behind a nearby dumpster. now go as quickly as possible to the phone/power box and cut that SPECIFIC buisnesses power/phone lines. if you get the whole neighbourhood or something your going to have bell or whatever around pretty soon.

now close up the box as so it appears normal.
go grab your pack and go to the planned entrance. get inside asap and have your (hopefully indiglo) watch set for the in/out time set beforehand. now run like fuck!

grab what you want and try to empty to registers as quickly as possible. try not to make the place look like its been broken in to and try not to make anything look missing (ie; if you grab a brand new notebook computer, replace it with a slightly less noticable,older one). this will give you more time until discovery ( either right when the owner enters or hopefully a hour or maybe a day!).

When you leave make sure to walk on grass ( as not to leave footprints) and dont run.
if you hear a siren and it keeps getting closer drop all stolen goods and run.
now here is the most important part which in time, usually seems to lapse from the more experience burglars mind: DO NOT LEAVE A THING. NEVER EVER FORGET OR SIT ANYTHING YOU BROUGHT DOWN. this is like the camping and beach rule " make sure the place is tidyer than it was when you came". when you get home take everything you took with you ( excluding your bb/pellet gun unless you shot it cause cops could find the bb and trace it to you OR someone saw it with you) and destory it. clothing, backpack, knife ( especially the knife as it was a integral part in disabling the alarms), everything.
Watch the news and read local papers for the next few days to see if your robbery is mentioned and see if there is a suspect mention that fits your description. if so destory every single thing you took and get an alibi.

And it is good to live by " sell as you steal".

Just so you know, all alarm systems have a battery backup, they are connected to phone lines and they make a note of all times that the alarm is turned on and off, and get suspicious if it's turned on or off at a weird time, like 1am. I do actually know what I'm talking about as I work for a company which installs alarms.

Sykotic, if you really do install alarms you should write a file about alarms and post it here.

I probably should, but I get bored easy and I'm not sure alarm systems here in NZ are the same as ones over in the US.

Not all alarms have the above features. It depends on the cost of the system. The cheaper ones only have audible/visual deterent. ie.siren and strobe light, in wich case all you do is break the light and fill the alarm box up with foam gap filler (aerosol can type) thus no way the alarm can alert anyone. Or the alarm can have audible/visual and phone hook-up in this case you take care of the audible/visual alerts like the above method then either cut the phone line or ring the alarm lines phone number thus engaging the line and preventing the alarm from ringing out. The best way is to NOT cut the power as its hard to tell if the system has back-up battery or not as some systems have options for back-up battery thus you cannot judge by the alarm model if they have the back-up option.
All you need to do is take care of the alert output devices or alert input devices.

fuck doing it yourself start a crew of troubled youths and get them to each rob somewhere of your choice as initiation. Just make sure they know that you mean business and that if they try to snitch you out that you will kill their mama papa sister brother and there hampster and remind them of one underlying fact that you will fuck them up so bad that you will get out of jail before they get out of the hospital. make them prove themselves to you like putting a loaded revolver to there head and pulling the trigger or something fun like that if they think it is fun you are talking to the right guys.
