Tell the victim to leave the money somewhere of your choice

make sure the money is hidden well in something that doesnt stand out

make sure the place you choose doesnt have surveillance camera's, is somewhere highly populated, and somewhere that you can casually walk past at any time and pick up the package...
Also make sure its somwehere where another person wont pick up the parcel by accident!
