How can anyone help me with this?

I've read a lot of staff about getting new identity in staff. And in every article they talk about getting beirth certificates (someone elses of course) and make it seem easy to get one. But as far as I know Bureau of Vital Statistics requires an ID in order to get a birt Certificate. Does anyone know a way around it??? What is the best way to get a BC?

This is a file I wrote a while ago, its not tested and i dont know if it work, just a little research for something, theoretically it should though cuz all the stuff is off the official websites or forms.

For relationship to the person on the birth certificate write in the mothers full name that is registered with the birth Certificate; this is the easiest to get and
involves the least amount of bulshitting but before you start to get any new IDs, you should research as much info as you can on the person that you want to become.

LIBRARY CARD -> Public Library
Usually Free
Use your bith certificate to get a P.O. Box, and mail some envelopes to your P.O. Box then use that and the birth certificate as ID to get your library card; MAKE SURE YOU USE THE PO BOX AS YOUR ADDRESS.

REPLACEMENT HEALTH CARD ->
Call the Ministry of Health INFOLINE
at 1-800-268-1154 and ask for a replacement health card. Make up a reason that you lost your health card
and why your birth certificate is the
only ID that you have and ask for it
to be mailed to your P.O. Box because
youve experienced some theft
from your mailbox lately.

REPLACEMENT DRIVERS LICENCE ->

Write a letter to the office requesting a replacement drivers license when you return to Canada from your vacation in Timbuktoo in 6 months, use the same excuse that you used for the health card. You have to mail them the letter with your birth certificate and health card, with the correct name that
is on the drivers licence and the correct date of birth, ask for it to be mailed to your PO Box because youve been experiencing theft of your mail latly.

BANK ACCOUNT ->
Go to your local bank and open up an account under your new identity using their address, tell them that you dont want anything mailed to your house because of, once again, the mail theft latly, so get it mailed to your PO box.

CREDIT CARD -> Apply for a credit card through your bank, you may
need a Social Insurance Card first or if you
already know your victims number through
bullshiting your way through phone calls then all the better, thats all you would need

Any card that has a photo ofyour victim on it will have to
be altered with your photo on it, so, you may want to meet
people who can make and alter IDs or try it yourself.

Well i live in the states so that information wont help me. Umm, my sister has a PO box because she lives in a very rural part of the San Francisco Bay Area and the post office dont deliver to her house address. They do have a mailbox at the begining of their private road thats like a mile from their house but all of their mail is mailed to their PO box. so if you need to use an excuse that would be the best one. and lastly, Do you think its really smart to put *Your* picture in place of theirs? If something ever comes back to your neighbor and he decides to have the police to check into it and it comes back with your picture on it you're pretty fucked. Not to mention how embarassing it would be. You may want to at least learn how to alter your face with make up and maybe some facial hair that you normally dont have first.

I guess what im saying is dont burn your neighbor like that. its not healthy for you. Instead go to the library. check the micro fish local newspaper and look under Obituaries for infants that died around the year you were born. maybe a few years off. then do some research and get a copy of that kids Birth Cirtificate. most likely who ever pulls it up wont know that child died. you can get a social security number on it as well using your PO box. the reason a child usually doesnt show up on the system as a dead person is because that child never created a credit background. usually when people die as adults it is reported to a credit agency. all credit cards are cancled and there is a huge -paper trail of information on that person. but when an infant dies there is very little records on him. its been done for years.

ahhh i like that thing about the rural area i will use that, and i now understand why people use that dead baby method but when i was refering to nieghbor i didnt necesarrily meen the person beside you i meant a fellow citizen, and i asumed most people would be smart enought to disguise their apperence

Also when I was referring to the certificates of other people I meant people who are dead. This is what bothers me, how can you go to the office and request a birth certificate in the first place (before even getting any kind of ID) when you don't have that person's id? Moreover why would people in the office belive you saying that you are that person.

ahhh in ontario all we have to do is send in a form with some info on it to get the certificate and pretend that were a mother or father doing it for family history things and you just have to research a little of there parents and life and shit

this is really hard to do in this day and age. the older you are the harder it is to fake your identity. Reason is obvious. you walk into the DMV with your new birth cirtificate and they are gonna question why you never had a license before. you could say you moved from canada or england or where ever but they do now have those DMVs online as well. so any information you give to them can now be pulled up on your local DMV. the only think i could suggest is look embarassed and lean forward to the counter person and softly say "I just got out of prison and never had a license before". it may work for you. now the downside is this. when you go to take your test and you manage to pass you then will have your picture taken and a thumbprint is required. Now im not saying that we are advanced enough for computers to say right then and there your prints are already on record but if you ever use this new ID to commit a crime (Which im assuming you want to use it for credit card scams) its only a matter of months before they do find a match. now as soon as you get your license make sure you have them send it to your PO box. tell them you live in a rural area and your email gets stolen. but i also understand that DMVs now are printing up cards and handing them out at the time you have your picture taken. i cant confirm this because i havent been to the dmv in 6 years since i have a good driving record. either way you now have a new Drivers License. now go to the Social Security Office. its most likely they will have on record you have died. this may be very difficult to manipulate. throw a fit and say "If im dead someone better hit me with a fucking shovel cause my brain doesnt know it yet". mistakes do happen. show them your drivers license and your birth cirtificate. but you may want to wait a year or so. it will be so fucking obviouse that you just walked in with a brand new printed up liceanse with the date stamped on it showing you just got it. or you could just say you lost your wallet, you never memorized your SS and you need a new one for a job. of course they will obviouslly show you never payed taxes. so you can either A say "My parents are rich and I never worked" (But then they might ask for your parents names and address) or B just say "Your computers say Im dead.. so how will it show I payed taxed" see.. im making this shit as im going along. you cant beat the system. i know some people have done it in the past but think about it. we now have super computers running these Government sectors and its nearly impossible to beat the system today. Scams were hell of easy in the 1980s. Most people didnt even check for signatures when taking a credit card. no one ever asked for ID. it was hell of easier to get a Birth Cirtificate and have fake Drivers licences and get social securities and rent a shitty house outside of town to have your credit cards sent to. but now All credit Card companies/banks require at least 6 months of payment activity before they will even consider you for a credit card. most people develope credit by going to sears first and buying something and making 6 payments on time over 6 months. so unless you plan on renting a place for 6 months and making payments on time dont even bother trying.
