Re: does anyone know how to get the ink sensors off clothes
put it in the freezer and let it set over night that will freeze the ink inside just in case you break it know get some plier and a hacksaw pull it apart as far as you can then saw the tiny little pin be careful or you will cut a hole in your shirt or what ever

I'll take a guess and say he wants to get the sensor off before leaving the store.

Re: does anyone know how to get the ink sensors off clothes
i'm not really sure. you could get a job at a store that puts ink sensors on there close and steal the thing that takes it off and just carry it around with you in a backpack. One of my old friends stole some jyncos (sp) by just ripping it off because the sensor was only an inch from the edge of the pants.

Re: does anyone know how to get the ink sensors off clothes
they usually chain the things to the registers desk. so its hard to walk off with them as a customer. go apply for a job at a small clothing store at your local mall. work there a few days. then wait for a day when only you and 1 other have a shift. wait till the other goes on break. use a pair of wire cutters to cut the chain (its a small chain) then help yourself to most of the large currency under the till. then put the money in your sock and go put the ink cartridge remover thingy in your bag or jacket or whatever you came to work with. when the other employee comes back to work and finds the bills missing you should get really pissy and say "Oh i figured something like this would happen" and accuse him of being the one to steal the money before he went on break. Then leave (Because he might call the cops and they will check you) and say you're gonna contact the boss the next day. Well now you will have to confront your boss. he will most likely accuse you because you left and you say "I dont like being called a theif fuck you and fuck your store" what can the cops do but come to your house and ask question. unless you admit to it they cant do shit. Now you have a little extra spending cash and a cool tool to go into any store and remove the sensor. PS dont go back to that same mall. they will know the tool is missing too and they might be looking for you. also make sure there is no cameras in your store.

Re: does anyone know how to get the ink sensors off clothes
take some tinfoil and wrap it around the senser , then walk out the store with it then freez the ink like he said and take some wire cutters and snip it off takes along time for the ink to feez the tinfoil blocks the senser from contacting with the alarm when u pass out the door..
thats a hella lot easyer than applyng and wayiting for an interview to see if u got the job or not..and not every one leaves for there break..

Re: does anyone know how to get the ink sensors off clothes
my idea is better cause you get to pocket money as well. and its pretty hard to wrap foil all the way around the damn thing. if you leave an area open just a bit you will trigger the alarm thus defeating the purpose. with a ink cartridge remover you dont have to worry about sawwing or wondering if the cartridge will bleed all over you when you cut it. it really doesnt take a very long time to get jobs at the mall. you dont have to be in a hurry to rip something off. take your time. get the job, steal the remover, dont take the money. just look for an extra remover. i bet they have several of them. i know because often when i go to macy's they seem to fumble with one and always look for another one to use that is usually in a box under the counter.

Re: does anyone know how to get the ink sensors off clothes
Those alarms are magnetic. Foil won't stop a magnetic field- You need steel, iron, or lead (don't quote me about the lead, though).
Back to practicality: You will notice that ink tags have a large side and a small side. The small side is usually round, usually on the inside of the garment, and usually does not contain ink. Bring a small (sharp) knife with you and cut a slit starting at the post on the ink tag and extending the length of the smaller side of the tag itself. You can then slip it out like a button from a buttonhole on your shirt. Go home and sew up your "modifictaion" to the garment.
Also be sure to drop the inktag in someone's shopping bag so it sets of the alarm when they leave the store...

Re: does anyone know how to get the ink sensors off clothes
there is not whole. it just a clamp. you dont actually think the pierce a whole in the germit do you?
and one more thing. can you imagine yourself sawing off this in the store. its pretty hard to be inconspicuous spending 10 minutes trying to saw this thing off with a hack saw in a store the usually has security cameras and emplaoyees walking around watching customers.

Re: does anyone know how to get the ink sensors off clothes
i don't know about where you live witch but our department stores here go through the fabric with a little pin. and you don't use a hack saw to cut it out, most of the time there within an inch of the edge of the garmet so you take a razer blade and just cut the fabric a little.

Re: does anyone know how to get the ink sensors off clothes
It's like this ya'll. I work at a mervyns you can take the cloths you want to steal and goto the dressing rooms then take a nice strong magnet out of your pocket and place it against the "UFO shaped" part of the tag then pull the tag in half.
BONUS!
buy the clothes you want. Say 3 pairs of Levis (the expensive the better). Pay with cash. Then come back like two days later or go to another store. Bring your mervyns, hudsons, JC penny, whatever bag back with you, your magnet, and your receipt find the same cloths you bought and put them in the bag. Now go return them. Most the time they wont cross out the items on your receipt. (I never do) So return them as many times as you want. You can make a quick 100 bucks returning jeans a couple of times.
Now I would recommend finding the number of the department you are in before you do this. Look on or above the phones for the department number. If you are stealing and you hear weird pages like "L 394" or "50 394" or maybe "some fucker is stealing 394" I would walk out of the store. In the USA there is such a huge burden of proof on the store it's really hard to get in serious trouble. If you do you're an idiot and shouldn't have tried this in the first place.
