thats practically identification theft in itself. im sure you could somehow manipulate it so he is registered as a dead person so that his credit cards will expire, he wont get any kind of social aid from the government. if he is in school he wouldnt be able to get any kind of grants or loans. and i think its possible for him or her to be deported since no one can prove that person exists as an American Citizen.
