Re: equipment
Yes there are lost of stuff u can use but i find its hard to come by quality lockpicks, there are sites that sell them with out asking if you are a bona fide locksmith, but you might want to make your own like i did,so here are some sites http://www.selfdefenseproducts.com/lockpick.htm http://lock-picks.com/ http://www.budkknife.com/partsview.asp?action=lookup&partno=PX10&subject=U10&catpos=10

Re: equipment
depends on what level of a thief you are and how your intelect works brute force or ninja style will ultimately decide what you need and what you are planning to do. A scanner is one of the greatest tools you can ever have for any crime though.

Re: equipment
the MIT guide to lockpicking. The police scanner is a very good device to have cuz you get a head start if your caught. You also might want a crowbar(breaking windows, doors, defense) and bolt cutters bigger the better (you dont want to have jump fences when you can just walk through and security Locks). Stun gun or a real gun (defense). M-80's (distraction of security guards) M-80's with bb's glued all over (for when security chases you just drop and get the fuck out), Thick tape (a must). Mask, Thick coat, 2 pairs of gloves per person (2pr cuz rubber gloves nowadays can show fingerprints) a knife or a utility blade (razor sharp for precise cuts). Razor blades are good for shoplifting cuz you cut the package open easier and look like a pro. I think thats all for now. If you get some really good shit let me know i might want something. Or just give it to me for giving you advice. happy B&E

Re: equipment
in my opinion your best weapon is concealment, apart from the stuff named above, a good pair of nightsights are a brilliant tool if you can steal/buy them they are well worth it. once you,v used them once you,l wonder how you ever managed without them their great for recon on your target, and they may mean the difference between you seeing the fed,s before they see you.

Re: equipment
Pawn shops are goldmines for powertools and equipment find ones that are run by east indians or asians for they carry the good shit (sometimes under the table illegal shit)always pay cash and dont be afraid to barter with them. And it also greatly helps if you learn a line or two of their native language and just say "hay hows it going" to them when you walk in. It opens the doors that let them more willing to show you the real goods they keep stashed at the back.

Re: equipment
silence is good, dogs can hear awsomely and they have a great sence of smell so if you can be quite and stay down wind from dogs you won't get them started with barking for there eye sight is less than that of a human.
but obliviose of dogs silence is still great so try to walk slowly when in others yards and stay in the darkest shadows. where pants that when walking don't make noise from rubbing together.
when walking around places keep a good eye on your suroundings because running into something or knocking something over can wake a neighbor or alert a dog even walking through tree branches is too much noise.
a downstairs windo is a great target many window screens can be opened easil from the outside and often the windo is left foolishly unlocked.
well since you asked for tools not a guide of how to scope the place out and avoid noise I will stop here.
