it depends. I do agree that most of the older stuff is much better than alot of the new stuff, but there are a few acceptions.

I agree with Queens of the Stone Age, they are actually pretty good and have some good songs.

I like some of both too.... I just listen to what makes me feel good... AC/DC, Pink Floyd, Sabbath, Maiden, Jimi Hendrix, plenty of old stuff still rocks, but there's plenty of post-1986 goodness out there too.
