Re: Do you know any...
Millencolin is from Sweden... kinda close eh? hahahahaha They play some good pop-punk/punk rock stuff that's pretty cool I think. It doesn't really fit into that category, it is different. Probably cuz they are from Sweeden. They are better live than on the only album that i've heard.

Re: Do you know any...
Sweden has some amazing bands. A few examples are The Refused, which is one of, if not the greatest hardcore band ever (second only to Black Flag). Other good ones include The International Noise Conspiracy (on tour now in the United States!) and The Hives, who, unless your living under a rock, you've heard of.
Blindside's pretty good as well.

Re: Do you know any...
Children of Bodom is a good Finnish metal act... kind of a black/speed metal mix with some theatrics (movie/TV samples and keyboard backing, not enough to bog down the music though). "Follow the Reaper", "Taste of my Scythe", and "Touch Like an Angel of Death" are a few of their songs I like... if you're into metal you might wanna listen.
'Rip! and cut! and mutilate the innocent! his friends! and again! and on, and on!" Forgot what movie that's from.. it's the opening to "Taste of my Scythe" though... whatever. Speaking of Sweden, I like In Flames. They just released their new CD but i have only heard one song from it, I prefer their earlier stuff. Their albums "Clayman" and "Colony" and "Whoracle" are great. "Clad in Shadows" and "Episode 666" and "Goliaths Disarm Their Davids" are a few of my favorite In Flames songs.
