What a crock of crap. They'd never get away with that shit over here. Festivals are law free zones - Well there is a police presence but they aren't in your face out arresting people for smoking weed or that. The US cops are way over the top for that shit. You could walk past a copper over here with a joint dangling from your mouth and nothing would be said. Which is the way it should be.
